Ledger Systems: Mattress and Furniture Store Software

Ledger Systems is a store management application for furniture and mattress retailers.

Ledger Systems is a web-based platform furniture and mattress stores use to run day-to-day operations: ringing up sales, getting paperwork signed, scheduling and photographing deliveries, collecting customer reviews, and viewing per-store analytics, all from one account on any device.

Store staff use Ledger Systems to record sales, collect signatures, and log deliveries in one place.

Sales and receipts

Staff ring up a sale by picking items from the store's catalog, taking payment (including split payments across more than one method), and printing a receipt. Delivery fees, taxes, and returns are handled as part of the same sale, not a separate step. Every sale is saved to a searchable sales history the moment it's completed.

Catalog

Each store keeps its own catalog of items for sale, with size, category, cost price, and retail price recorded per item, so every sale and every profit figure comes from the same list.

Delivery tracking

When an item is delivered, the driver or staff member scans the QR code on the delivery form with their phone and attaches proof-of-delivery photos directly to that sale's record, timestamped and stored alongside the sale itself. There's no separate delivery log to keep in sync by hand.

Customer reviews

Every printed receipt includes a QR code. Customers who scan it are sent straight to the store's Google review page, turning a satisfied purchase into a review request without any extra work from staff.

Analytics and an AI assistant

Store owners can see today's sales, sales over any date range, best-selling items, revenue and profit by payment method, and where customers heard about the store, updated in real time as sales are entered. A built-in AI assistant named Stocky answers plain-language questions about the store's own sales data directly, without requiring a separate report to be built first.

Data ownership and reliability

Store data is backed up nightly and can be exported by the store owner at any time from Settings. Ledger Systems runs on any device with a web browser, phone, tablet, or computer, with the same login and the same data on all of them.

Who Ledger Systems is for

Ledger Systems is built specifically for furniture and mattress retailers, as opposed to general-purpose point-of-sale software built for any kind of retail business. It fits a single store, a multi-location group, or a franchise: every location is its own account with its own catalog, sales, and staff.

Pricing

Ledger Systems costs $99.99/month per store location, with no setup fee and a free first month (a card is required at signup and nothing is charged for 30 days; cancel any time before the trial ends). Franchises and groups with multiple locations receive 25% off every store; contact support for details. There are no per-user charges and no contract.

How a sale works

A salesperson opens New Sale, picks the items from the catalog, enters the customer's name and phone number, chooses pickup or delivery, and takes payment. The customer signs on the screen, by a link sent to their phone, or on paper. The receipt is printed or emailed in English or Spanish, and the signed terms version is kept with the sale. The whole sale takes a few minutes and everything is saved the moment it is complete.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work for mattress stores? Yes. Mattress stores use the catalog by size and type, delivery scheduling, and e-signed receipts every day. Does it work for furniture stores? Yes, the same screens cover sofas, bedroom sets, dining, and everything else a furniture showroom sells. Do I need to install anything? No. Ledger Systems runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer, and it can also be installed as an app from Chrome. Can my staff sign in with their own accounts? Yes, and the owner decides what each person can see. Is my data safe? Sign-in supports passkeys, an authenticator app and emailed codes for new devices, data is backed up every night, and the store owner can export everything at any time.

Receipts, e-signatures and paperwork

Every sale produces a clean receipt with the store's name, logo, terms and return policy, in English or Spanish. The customer can sign on the store's screen, on their own phone through a link, or on paper. Ledger Systems keeps the exact version of the terms that was signed, shows whether a signature is still pending, and lets the owner resend or print the paperwork at any time without retyping anything.

Deliveries, drivers and proof of delivery

A delivery sale records the address, the delivery date, the gate code and the driver's fee, and shows the drive time from the store. On the day, the driver scans the QR code on the delivery form and uploads photos from any phone. The photos are stored with the sale, so a question about a delivery can be answered in seconds instead of by phone.
