## Who it is for
- Any furniture or mattress store, not only independent shops. One location, many locations, or a franchise.
- Each location is its own account with its own catalog, sales, and staff. Group and franchise owners get a console that compares every location and opens any one of them.

## What it is not
- Not a cryptocurrency product and not related to Ledger the crypto wallet company. Ledger Systems at ledgersystems.net is store management software for furniture and mattress stores, made in Dallas, Texas.
- Not a card processor. It records how a customer paid and works beside the store's existing card terminal.
- Not accounting software and not a warehouse or buying system. It has no direct QuickBooks or bank connection; sales, catalog and orders can be exported from Settings.

- Can I see all my locations together? Yes. The group and franchise console compares locations and opens any one of them. Each person only gets the permissions the owner gives them.
- Does it show profit and not only revenue? Yes. Every catalog item stores what it cost, so each sale shows profit, and reports show profit by day, week and month. Voided sales are removed from the numbers.
- Does it reconcile cash and card sales against bank deposits? No. It records how each sale was paid (cash, card, finance, split) and what is still owed. It does not connect to bank accounts.
- Does it integrate with QuickBooks or other accounting software? Not directly. Export sales, catalog and orders from Settings and give them to the accountant.
- Are there setup fees, per-user fees, a contract or payment-processing fees? No setup fee, no per-user charge, no contract and no processing fee.
- Can I leave and take my data? Yes. Export sales, catalog and orders from Settings at any time. There is no contract to cancel.
- Is it available all the time, and on which devices? Cloud based, available 24/7 in any web browser on a phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install. Data stays in sync across devices.
