Stocky, the AI helper

What you can ask, what it can look up, and what to keep in mind.

Stocky is the chat helper inside the app. Ask it in plain words about your own store. For example: "What did I make on king mattresses last month?", "Pull up Mike's sales from June", "Which customers still owe me money?" or "How is profit figured?"

What it can see

Stocky only looks at your own store, and only at what you are allowed to see. If you can't see the sales history, Stocky can't show it to you either.

Keep this in mind

Stocky is AI and can make mistakes. Check anything important against your Dashboard or the sale itself. What Stocky says is not financial advice. It does not change your records on its own.

Daily limit

Each store has a limit on how many messages it can send in a day. Stocky tells you when you are close, and again when you reach it. The count starts over the next day.

A bigger window

On a computer you can make the chat window bigger. Stocky may make it bigger for you when an answer is a wide table or a long list.
