The Reports page

The Reports page has four things you can open: a sales calendar, a comparison of two time periods, a tax report, and a breakdown of how much came in by each way of paying.

Downloading your information

Your information belongs to you. Open Settings and go to Data & reports to download your sales, your catalog and your orders as files. They open in Excel or Google Sheets. You can do this any time, even if you stop using Ledger Systems.

For your accountant

In Settings, the accounting journal makes a file your accountant can bring into QuickBooks or Xero. Pick the dates, download it and hand it over. Ledger Systems is not accounting software. It gives your accounting software what it needs.

Who can do this

Downloading needs the permission called "Export Reports". Owners always have it.
