Deliveries and routes

Delivery fees, what you pay drivers, photos at the door, and planning a day of deliveries.

When a sale is a delivery, everything about the drop stays with it: the address, the date, the fee you charged, what you pay the driver, how far the drive is from your store, and the photos from the door.

Fees

• Delivery fee: what the customer pays you. It is added to the sale total.
• Driver fee: what you pay the driver for that delivery. It is just for your records.
• On the Dashboard, the Delivery Fees card shows the delivery fees you collected, the driver fees you paid, and the difference.

Photos at the door

The delivery form has a QR code. The driver scans it with their phone and takes a couple of photos of the drop. The photos are saved on the sale. If a customer says something came damaged or never came, you have the pictures. Photos are kept for up to 365 days after the delivery, then deleted for good.

Routes

The Routes page helps you plan a day of deliveries. Pick the date and you will see the stops for that day.
